At the heart of my life's work is a deep curiosity about what calls us toward healing- and what conditions allow it to truly take root. It is my passion to explore and transform legacies of oppression, and to gently disrupt the intergenerational patterns that perpetuate harm and quietly distort how we see ourselves, one another, and our connection to all living things. I share what I learn along the way, and offer my energy in hopes that others may find their path- and grow more fully into who they are meant to be.

Grounded relational presence, alongside a range of skills and practices, helps shape the conditions for turning legacies of shame into legacies of resilience and wisdom. When healing is present, the gifts we are each meant to bring to the world have room to emerge and shine- and we begin to discover that we don't have to do any of this alone. Change becomes something we can meet with courage, and perhaps even, in time, embrace.

In every healing encounter I have the privilege of facilitating, I too am learning, growing, and being changed. I am genuinely humbled by the courage it takes to turn toward painful experiences with willingness and openness. A relational model understands that this kind of courage can only arise when the conditions feel safe and supportive enough- and so assessing and tending to those conditions is a foundational part of our work together. My hope is that clients come to carry this practice with them: a ongoing, living awareness of their resources, supports, and protective factors, so that growth and healing can emerge, ebb, and flow naturally over time.

Like the seasons, and like all living things, we must allow what no longer serves us to decompose- so that something new, regenerative, and adaptive can take its place. I am wholeheartedly encouraged by the growth, creativity, and innovation that continues to emerge when we commit- tenderly and bravely- to exploring ourselves, our relationships, and the cultures that have shaped us..
